"Black Jaguar" (not for sale, gifted)
Pastel on 300gsm Art Spectrum Colourfix paper, 600x450mm.
Another fellow artist friend from the UK, Karen Berisford and I decided to do an "art exchange", commission each other if you like. We get to choose the subject and medium used.
Karen chose a Black Jaguar from one of her treasured photos of her favourite animal,
chose pastel as the medium, and also requested I include his front paws in the artwork.
I chose a black leopardess, from the same photo I used in a previous painting which sold at my exhibition.
